Every row is a verdict: what the company is worth by its own numbers, how far the price sits from that value, and how many of our twelve value investing signals it passes. Filter by margin of safety, Leak Score, market cap, sector, country, valuation multiples and whether the company has annual reports in our SEC EDGAR archive.
Start from a preset: a margin of safety of 20 % or more, the most undervalued liquid companies, small caps no analyst covers, net-nets trading below liquidation value, companies that held up through past crises, or companies whose insiders bought shares this year.
Closed-end funds and shell companies are left out: they are vehicles, not businesses, and their figures are not comparable.
