Roadmap
What is live today, what we are building and what comes next. Shipped items carry their month. Future ones carry no date: we would rather ship late than tell you a date we then miss. Updated 19 Oct 2026.

- A verdict for every listed company (Sep 2026): Intrinsic value, margin of safety and a plain label for the nearly 6,000 companies we cover, recalculated every night after the US close. When a number we need is missing, we say why instead of guessing.
- The Leak Score (Sep 2026): Twelve value investing signals rolled into one score, always shown with how many of the twelve could be checked. Too few, and we publish no number.
- Industries, lists and side-by-side comparisons (Sep 2026): Every company next to its real peers: pages by industry and by size, public lists (most undervalued, battle-tested, blind zone) and two-company comparisons.
- Buy zone alerts and the weekly email (Sep 2026): An email when a company you follow crosses into the buy zone, and a Friday summary of your watchlist below the line. Only if you ask for it, and one click to stop.
- The Blind Zone email, and the Leak Score as a screening tool (Oct 2026): One company no analyst covers, every week, straight to your inbox: profitable, tradable, with its filed numbers and our verdict. The full Blind Zone list and the Leak Score as a column, filter and sort order in the screener, lists and industries are part of Premium.
- Dilution overhang, complete (Oct 2026): For US small caps with a small public float: warrants by class, convertibles, at-the-market programmes and shelf registrations read from the filings (each line with its verbatim quote), one overhang score with its traffic light, a public check that shows the light and never the number, and a nightly email when a capital filing lands on a watched company.
- What the price takes for granted (Oct 2026): Right under every verdict, the valuation run backwards: the growth (or the return, or the margin) today’s price needs to be fair, next to what the company has actually delivered. Open on the largest companies; with the full dossier everywhere else.
- Dilution overhang, first version (Sep 2026): For small caps: the share count over time, adjusted for splits, the public float, and insider buying and selling from SEC Form 4 filings.
- The method, written down (Sep 2026): A Learn section that explains how every verdict is built: five articles on the method, the twelve signals with their weights, a glossary of every metric, and real dossiers to read alongside.
- Spanish, first pages (Sep 2026): Industries, lists, comparisons and categories are available in Spanish under /es.
- The company page and the home in Spanish (Sep 2026): The full dossier, verdict, signals and questions included, and the home, in Spanish under /es. Every company page now links to its Spanish version.
- Foreign companies, from their own annual reports (Sep 2026): Companies listed in the US from abroad file a 20-F or a 40-F instead of a 10-K, often under IFRS and in their own currency. We now read those too, translated to dollars at the US Treasury rates, so their pages get the same filings-based analysis as US companies. The few that file no annual report with the SEC run on market data only, and say so.
- What each company does, and its logo (Sep 2026): A short description of the business at the top of over 2,000 company pages, summarised from the company's own annual report rather than written from memory, in English and Spanish, plus its logo. Companies without a filing on record get no description instead of an invented one.
- Premium (Sep 2026): Every dossier open without limits, the reasons behind each signal and daily alerts. The free plan stays. One plan, no decoys, and the price you join at is yours as long as you stay.
- Emails in your language (Sep 2026): Alerts, the weekly email, account and subscription emails now arrive in English or Spanish, the language you use on the site.
- Editable valuation assumptions (Sep 2026): Premium can change the growth, margins, discount rate or multiple the verdict actually rests on and see the value move, inside the dossier. The published verdict does not change; the same levers the bear and bull scenarios use.
- Your own dashboard (Sep 2026): Several watchlists, each against our intrinsic values: what is in the buy zone, winners and losers, your target price next to the price of the day, and a timeline of what happened to the companies you follow (insider trades, filings, news). Free accounts get one list; Premium, ten.
- Price targets and an alert centre (Sep 2026): The price at which you would buy: our intrinsic value less the margin you choose, or a price of your own. Targets grouped by how close the price is, an email the night one enters its zone (Premium), the weekly summary on the day you choose, and one switch to pause everything.
- An investment journal (Sep 2026): Notes before you buy, when something changes and after you sell, each one saved with the price and our verdict of that day, next to today’s, so you can check your own reasoning later. On every plan.
- A screener of verdicts (Sep 2026): Every row is a verdict: value, margin of safety, the twelve signals and the label, filtered and paged on our side and readable on a phone. Presets for the buy zone, net-nets, the Blind Zone and insider buying, filters that live in the link, and screens you can save. Results are open to everyone; saving more than one screen and exporting to CSV are Premium.
- Emails from your screens and watchlists (Sep 2026): In the weekly email, a digest of each screen you choose (how many companies match it, which ones entered since the last one, how many left) and the week’s events at the companies you follow: insiders buying in the open market and new annual reports. With Premium, those events can also arrive the night after they are filed.
Building now
- Annual reports for thousands more companies: We are loading ten years of SEC filings for small and mid caps. Each one that lands gets more of its twelve signals checked, a sharper valuation and a resilience score.
Next
Later
- ETF verdicts: An ETF is worth what it holds. We will value each fund through the companies inside it, with the share of the fund we can actually cover.
- A public track record: How past verdicts actually performed, published in full, including the ones that went wrong.
