Dilution overhang check

The overhang is the paper a company has already registered or promised but has not sold yet: warrants, convertibles, an at-the-market programme, a shelf registration. Read against its public float, it says how much new supply its own filings allow.

What the result says

A traffic light and the band of pending paper over the float, in words. It describes capital structure, not where the price is going.

What it does not say

The score itself, the instruments behind it and their terms are in the full dossier. This page never puts a number on where the quote should be, and never tells you what to do with the shares.

Coverage

Today the overhang is read for US-listed companies under $2bn of market cap with a public float under $75m, which is where the baby-shelf rules bite. The rest of the catalogue shows no score here.
